I make pontoon covers just looking for better options.

Hi Mike,
I've had this question asked twice this week, so it must be important.
I like weathermax 80 it is a better boat fabric material.
Aqualon is a nice fabric with a 5 year warranty and would probably look better in the north than the south in 5 years. It is 100% waterproof and not breathable. Easy to sew. In the south it fades and will look like it is cracking and will eventually breakdown enough where it will give way.
Weathermax 80 is in my opinion a superior fabric. Lightweight, tough, breathable, colorfast and just a wonderful fabric, but many complain about puckering during fabrication. The more experience you have the better, you will need to know how to lay and work the fabric for best results. You might try Top Notch 9, previously called Top Notch Elite. Similar to weathermax, with a similar hand, but a little easier to work.
Hope this answers your boat fabric questions.
Thanks, for the question.
Tammy
